REGISTRATION information
Jr. Lancers Cheer is open to students that live in the Lafayette High School quadrant.
Babler Elementary, Chesterfield Elementary, Ellisville Elementary School (some areas), Green Pines Elementary (some areas), Pond Elementary (some areas), Crestview Middle School (some areas), Rockwood Valley Middle School, and Wildwood Middle School (some areas)
Registration and uniform fees will be shared during the informational meeting.
There are no tryouts for the 4th/5th grade team.
Tryouts/Skill Assessments for the 6th, 7th & 8th grade teams are at the discretion of the grade-level coaches.
There is a cap on the number of athletes each grade-level team can take in order to operate at the appropriate level of safety.
Registration will close when all open spaces are filled. A waitlist will be created if needed.
Team Registration Opens April 1st at 9:00am
If interested in 6th, 7th, 8th grade teams, please contact those coaches directly, as those may be full.
Registration is NOT complete until you have done the following:

Complete Online Registration Form
4th, 5th & 6th Grade Teams Accepting New Athletes
STEP 2
Complete Registration Payment
Team placement is NOT complete until you have done the following:
STEP 3
Sign the DocuSign documents which include the (a) Code of Conduct (b) Participation Waiver & (c) Concussion Protocol Guidelines.
These documents will be sent to your directly via email after you have registered online
Completed DocuSign documents are due prior to the uniform fitting.
These documents will be emailed directly to you after you complete the registration and payment.
STEP 4
Submit a current sports physical.
The blank sports physical form can be downloaded here and uploaded online.
Completed sports physical are due prior to summer choreography camp.
